Many people have discussed the issue of negativity that they feel has attached to themselves over the past few months and I felt that it was about the right time to take back control of our lives and remove the negativity energy. Here in the UK, it’s time to put our clocks one hour forward, so what better time to have a spring clean and that includes not only looking after ourselves, but also our auras and the energy that surrounds us.

This meditation open ups your third eye chakra to help you see the more creative side of you – however that manifests, it may not be an new art project for example, it may simple be a new way (and hopefully quicker way) of cleaning up. We can all be creative in our own unique way, so let’s go and meditate …
First of all, I’d like to apologise for the “hum” you can hear in the background of this latest podcast/meditation. I’ve purchased a new computer which only takes a USB microphone and I don’t have one of those, so I purchased a “cheap” adaopter that clearly doesn’t do the job and I cannot afford to purchase a new microphone at the moment, but donations are welcome! 😉
This podcast is dedicated to two friends who really need this. They know who they are, but this meditation has been calling me for a few weeks now, so I recorded it without any script, just listening to my heart and I hope you listen to your heart, just as I did. My two friends hopefully will receive some much needed love and healing energy from this, just as much as I hope you will too!

This rainbow breathing exercise will help you enhance, repair or even fine tune your chakras. I didn’t notice until I checked the playback that for the heart chakra is used two colours; green (which is the major) and pink (which is the minor), maybe we all need a little more extra care and attention in this area? 😉
I’m very sorry that it has taken me nine months to record, other projects have taken over all my time and energy.
